Anxiety Attacks

They’re baaaack. 

Good grief. I need some intensive R&R. 

Since its Ramadan this month, I think I will take the opportunity to meditate 5 times daily in solidarity with my muslim beau. Besides, waking up for meditation, yoga and a hearty breakfast before sunrise was never a bad idea.
